We enjoyed the property and services of Down Home. Eveything was well done. We just have a couple comments as what may need improvement. The floor in the home were pretty dirty. I wiped some water spill and found the paper towel black. Tested other areas with the same result. Also under the couches and kitchen island have collected a lot of debris. Golf cart is great but a hard start in the morning, runs well after it is warmed up. That said we had a great stay and hope to use your services in the future!! Thank you.
I spent a month here to have time to myself for relaxation and writing. Nancy in the front office was so helpful as I prepared for my trip. She answered all of my questions and was warm in our conversations. The house was absolutely beautiful. I had a question about the golf cart and Kim, the property manager contacted me immediately and answered my questions. The house was my home away from home with all the extras included. Kleenex, shampoo, face soap, hand soap, trash bags, dish liquid, etc. thank you Down home Properties!!!!
We enjoyed this property the location was perfect for going to the Spanish Springs Town Center. It was clean and well maintained. Customer service was good. The only downside was the picture showed a 4 seater golf cart and it was only a two seater. I called the management company and they said they were having problems with that one so it was replaced. Perhaps an update picture of the new golf cart would be nice. Otherwise we would return to this location convenient to stores, restaurants, the family pool etc.
