The location is great. The house needs a lot of work The pictures you see in the photos are old the furniture, lamps, plumbing all needs work the carpeting is very discussing and dirty it smells it all needs to be painted inside and outside obviously their never was maintenance done to that once beautiful home. We rented in 2025 and 2026 and was hopping to to have some remodeling but never done Its a shame the owner doesn't take pride in a once beautiful home Down Home Properties has been great. Leah was our maintenance person and took very good care when called upon they are always there to help with any issues. we rented thru them the last 11 years with Down Home . I would not hesitate to rent this house again if renovated. The golf cart is great but also needs work. Sorry to give this honest report
This home was perfect for us. It met all of our needs and was nearby many of our planned activities.
This property is exceptional. It's very well maintained. Very close to a rec center. We did not have an opportunity to use the golf cart as we didn't have enough time. I suggest having a few light weight blankets available and upgrading to a Kuerig coffee maker. But those are minor points. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.
