You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 55 " flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, a private master bath with walk in shower and comes complete with towels and linens. Beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances, charming lanai, outdoor space with lounge chairs and a gas grill. Included a golf cart but was within walking distance to the square at Lake Sumter Landing. Comfortable and beautifully maintained. This home was spotless and exactly as described in the photos. I highly recommended this home!
We have just returned from a month at this lovely villa. The property is fully equipped with everything you could need,even a kettle for us English. You can walk to Sumpter landing in a few minutes Which we did most evenings even though a golf cart is provided. Dealing with Down property was everything you would want. They quickly replied to all our emails and made the booking very easy. We have booked through Down before and will do so on our next visit from the UK to the Villages.
Had a great time visiting the villages and playing a lot of golf!
