This home had one of the most equipped kitchens I have ever seen. They had every appliance imaginable including an air fryer, crock pot, blender, dual coffee maker for drip coffee and kuerig pods etc. Also large variety of pots and pans and storage containers. House itself was well appointed with very comfortable furniture both in the unit and on the lanai. We also very much appreciated having the TV outside on the lanai. We sat out there every night. The only complaint/feedback is the arrangement of the furniture in the family room. The TV was on the wrong wall. Had they switched it to the other wall we would have been able to see the TV from kitchen while making meals and from the dining room table. This arrangement would also allow you to more directly access the lanai without having to walk around all of the furniture. I encourage the owners to rethink their setup. It's a simple fix with big benefits. Other than that all was fantastic. We would not hesitate to rent again.
Nice home with lots of room. Walk in shower, king bed, and spare room. Nicely furnished lanai. Lots of cooking items like hot air fryer etc. Faucets and tub need work. Close to Sumpter and Brownwood.
Fabulous! Home was extremely well stocked and clean. Down Home Property is wonderful to work with. Very responsive to issues that arose.
