This property was close to everything (even closer to things on the north side). Priced reasonably and a great place to relax. Used the lanai a great deal and the golf cart got us anywhere we wanted to go. DownHome Properties addressed minor things quickly and professionally.
Incredible as always.
The house was in a good location but it needs some love. The flooring is broken and needs replaced. My FIL cut his feet on the flooring. The bed was so uncomfortable that we woke up with back pain every morning. The furniture was very uncomfortable as well. Bottom line if they want to get that much rent they need to upgrade
