It was a very good experience. The home was spacious and in a great location.
I had a fabulous month in The Villages. I rented a lovely home in Bonnybrook with a pool. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and many recreation centers. I worked remotely but still had time to enjoy yoga classes either to begin or end my day. The home was well-maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well-organized, and even though I didn't plan to cook for myself, it was so well-appointed that I found myself enjoying cooking. There was a full set of plastic dishes and glassware for eating outside in the pool area. Cooking on a gas stove was a treat for me. The appliances worked well. The AC kept up with the hot July weather in Florida, and I was always cool enough. The home is also well stocked with linens and screens in every bedroom. The pool area was so inviting and felt private even though the neighbors are close by. Neighbors were friendly to a renter, and it was a great place to stay. I hope it is available for me again next summer.
Although there are a lot of activities to participate at the Villages, we chose to just relax. We did play some golf, enjoyed friends in the area, shopped many places and ate some great food, recharging was the best.
