Cattail Recreation Area will also provide us with an all new way to try some tasty Food Truck fare, located along the Hogeye Pedestrian Path, a beautiful 16 mile pedestrian path that will allow you to be one with nature. The just completed Water Lilly Recreation Center with its beautiful motif is the closest of these recreation centers only minutes by golf cart and includes a family pool among its amenities.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. With the soft, warm colors of this tastefully decorated home you'll feel right at home immediately. The large kitchen with ample cabinets is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the 65" 4K flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 55" 4K flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and his and hers vanity sinks. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The side patio provides for a great spot to bbq & relax after a fun day before heading out to the squares to dance the nights away. The screen enclosed front porch offers comfortable seating perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or juice and newspaper or planning your day here in The Villages. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.

Clean. Nice golf cart.
Fun and adventurous and plenty to do
We really enjoyed this property. It’s our second year to rent here. We are deposited to stay here next year as well. We did notice that the floors were dirty even though we cleaned them twice a week. Also the grill is in need of cleaning. We couldn’t use it. We mentioned it to Kevin, the property manager via text later in our stay. We look forward to coming back.
