This was my first ever vacation rental. Down Home Properties were extremely helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. They were very professional and extremely quick in getting back to me with any questions I had during our stay. Can't say enough about them. Look forward to working with them again. The rental was just as described and more. House was clean upon entering and everything worked as expected. Having the golf car was nice, even though we took our car most of the time. The Village app took sometime to get used to using it to get around but after 3 months it was good to go. We wish that this rental was available again as we would grab it in a second. We would defiantly recommend this rental.
