Very good a couple of recommendations .Living room furniture needs updates. And garage door closes with a very loud thud.Screen door slams needs adjusting.
First time staying for a month in the Villages. Rental was perfect for our needs. Close to our friends and amenities the Villages offer. Quiet neighborhood. Some recommended improvements: a few more frying pans and pots for cooking multiple items at once, box spring in other bedroom needs to be replaced, better table in dining area that not wobbly.
The home was nice and comfortable. I think someone should look over cooking utensils. There was no large bowl for mixing. No cookie sheet or cake pan. And the neighbors were complaining about the yard not being mowed and shrubs not cared for. None of these things changed our feeling of liking the home. Loved that it was close to grocery.
